Question do you say Tape a program or record??? In the VHS days it was taped but do we still say that?

But these days I don’t even do that -

I'm with Virgin so I just say record. It's also brilliant being able to pause live TV x

I still say Record.

The one worse than that is on most electronic devices. The default save icon is a floppy disk, but most folk using them have never seen a floppy disk.

Virgin. I say record, I'm forever recording anything I want to watch and watch it when I've time. Wouldn't have a clue how to download or stream.

I vaguely remember a joke from years ago saying that you record things off telly you have no time to watch, and then never get round to watching them.

With the big SKY hard drives, I find myself saving more and more, and just never having the time to watch them.

I go back to valves Ferguson 1400 and 1500 tv’s .
