my son 19yo saw an advert in a well known high st shop ,[part time staff wanted] .He asked about it only to be told by woman manager fuck off you wee perv ,he`s 6`3"and well built. Any of you women out there be annoyed with a young guy in an A S shop .lol

There are exceptions to the Sex Discrimination Act if it can be proved that there is a legitimate reason, but that would have to be stated on the advert.

I think that is terrible to say such things to a young lad trying to get a job, at least he's trying unlike some young ones! All the best on his job hunt, id definately speak to CAB though.
