West Lothian

So I'm being filmed as part of a TV programme tomorrow. Just a bit of talking about my job etc.

Fully expecting to fall to pieces in front of a camera!

Has anyone else been on TV and how did it go?

Glasgowish

I have never been on television but would guess its best to act natural and forget about the cameras. Good luck.

No but they were filming at the hospital I worked at. It was very hard to act natural in the background

Thanks. I've done a couple of little things for social media etc but not for a terrestrial channel!

I'm aware you never come across as bad as it feels you do but I honestly can't watch back the stuff I've done!

It was more 6 o'clock news than CSI

E.K . Glasgow

I’ve been on a few times was a long while ago remember they old style box ones weighed a ton . I’d not be comfy on these new flat ones though like trying to balance on a razor edge .

Yip been on Tv a few times regarding football job and in radio a few times. Went quite well usually but I'm normally fine with that exposure.

Good luck tomorrow OP just relax and enjoy your experience

you know when i tell that story evrryone asks that question. I sayto them i cant tell them as it would not be so funny and inevitably its not funny but won the competion. Its about an alien looking for a pub as he is gasping for a beer.
