We're off to see Tim Minchin next month and although he's no Billy Connolly he's up there with my favourite comedians. Who's your favourite and what's your favourite joke/song/story by them

I like connely and he has lots of stuff i love. Strangely enough i was thinking this morning about the toboganist story he tells when he was famous abd at a dinner party. He tells the story in hus own unequaled style very funny.

Being a huge stand up fan I could list endlessly, Connolly is without a peer, Love the Stand for a night out and have Stewart Lee , Bridges and Ray Mearns as my current favourites, even daft auld Chubby has a few diamonds in his repertoire

“Never forget my fathers last words to me “

“Fuck me !!!! A Bus “

My father spent 4 yrs in a Japanese prisoner of war camp, I asked him “ Dad , what was it like “

He sighed and paused

“Pissed down the first week “

Nice, always liked Ross noble as he has a similar style to Connolly, just chatting away so every gig is abit different.

Was at Kevin Bridges on Sunday and I genuinely think I'm in love with him. He could make me laugh my panties right off!

Not a big comedy fan. Went to the Stand once and enjoyed. I have a really dry sense of humour and don’t appreciate a lot of people out there

Connolly and Bridges I do like

Tim Minchin, I have a couple of DVD’s of him and he does crack me up

The others I take with a pinch of salt
