So folks weekend nearly upon us and whose got plans. I know there's a small camping social so some should have a good laugh.

I have a football meeting today then at 5pm I'll be coaching until 8pm and then Saturday taking in an early game for one of our teams then right after I have my own teams game then the first team match. Come 6 pm all finish so time to relax but nothing else for the rest of the weekend

So folks whose doing what ?

Quiet one for me just bk from a few days at a gorgeous spa so I'm well rested

my PT on monday (the guys a demon)

plus I'm doing sober October so having a healthy month so far and loving it xxx
