According to the BBC, more than 400 revenge porn crimes were recorded since a change in the law in July 2017.

The abusive behaviour and sexual harm act makes it easier to prosecute people who share, or threaten to share, intimate images without consent.

Of the 400 how many convictions?

I would imagine that while reporting is up it might be tough to get a conviction as how could you prove that a picture or video wasn’t uploaded without consent.

Surely it works the other way as well prove that you didn’t give consent. Is it not the case that the burden of proving guilt sits with the prosecution?

If take any photos of a lady, I always delete if things don't work out. However there is a lady on fab with certain body parts of me in in her. When asked to remove them she refused, and fab wouldn't remove said photos.
