I will always let them go first. I waited twenty minutes behind them a s only one till was open. I was kind of pissed off. Especially as they looked at how many items I had while they unloaded their trolly. Manners cost nothing and I know it's not just me that thinks so. So thanks.

Just use the scan as you go function then you can just go up to the till, pay and leave

What if it's a shop with no self check out or scanners?

I'd let them go first if it were just me. If I've got the tiny humans with me... Nope. Every second counts before melt down and I've still got a conveyer belt load to pack in to the car

I always seem to get in a barney in the queue in Aldi....some daft woman had a go cause I started putting my shopping down before she'd put her last item on the conveyer belt thingy as she was taking too bloody long.....It was like watching a sloth on temazapam...

The meet itself was awkward so this was even worse I played about in my purse and spoke to my son and only made eye contact to say thanks, needless to say I rarely go in that shop now and that was over 2 years ago
