Last night, I went to the Edinburgh speed dating event as I’ve been single a while now.

It got me thinking, would anyone be up for a speed social / fuck?

I don’t mean a quickie fuck.

I mean more like you have ten males and ten females or 20 couples.

You have four mins of chatting and the end you can only choose one person or couple and if you match you use one of the rooms.

Would be quite fun!

As to the speed dating. I didn’t really enjoy it

They do it once a month st the slug and lettuce.

It’s £20. Google slow dating.

I’ve had three people who want to meet me get in touch. Not too bad!

On fab forums its usually the ones who don't like someone who always reply to that persons post with negativity. They just cant help themselves lollllllllllll

I wonder if they will ever try and keep their legs crossed and don't say anything unless they canny help it and they keep thinking of the person they dislike.

This wee post was just a general synopsis.

As I said OP, I think it would be more a laugh in the way the '40 year old virgin speed dating' part is but was it or was it more quiet and timid in peoples conversations or most too nervous.

Like most things it is what you make it.

I just went and thought of it as a party game type thing, trying to get to know someone fast. Not very different from a Fab social to be honest.

It was my first time at a speed dating event.

I guess because it was in a place where the public could watch was kinda off putting.

Maybe if it was in a closed room away from the public I’d have enjoyed it more. Plus I was driving where most were drinking.

Who knows, may go to the Glasgow one
