Is is better to be polite and lie or to be honest and straight talking ? We prefer the latter ....saves time lol

I would rather receive a polite, "you are not my type", or "you are not what I'm looking for" to a "your fugly, piss off." both are too the point. One however doesn't make you feel like a worthless shit. I have had all three replies. Fortunately, I have fairly thick skin but others may not.

I like to think I'm polite, respectful and honest and depending on the company as I like to go with the flow so I'm usually straight talking and sometimes take the lead in chat if my company looking for that lead. Like to think the people that I'm with feel relaxed in my company
