Looking to join a new gym near to East Kilbride, any suggestions of which is best, looking at Anytime fitness or possibly Sports Direct any help would be appreciated.

I'm a member at Puregym and they are really well equipped open all hours and you can use all different ones

Thanks but im looking to stay away from the ones close to the shopping centre, think that one is right in or next to it.

Lol if that were the case then most guys on here wouldn't need a gym, instead they get plenty of exercise on there Popeye forearms from all the jacking off they end up doing .

Lol nothing,, I just want to find a good gym in East kilbride or around thats not at the shoppong centre away from all the hustle and bustle ect.

My personal comment would be avoid X4L (the old bowling beside DiMaggios). Really crappy there. Plus a bullshit 12 month contract - who does that any more?!

The one up at Playsport is supposed to be ok but no idea on size/price.
