"Believe it or not even after years as a chef, all through my childhood and even to this day, a nice salad is my favourite meal not the wee crappy ones you would buty from a supermarket, I’m talking proper mixed salad, with a huge selection of antipasto, cold meats, cheese, pickles, with balsamic dressing! I make the meanest salads fit for a king, or queen I'd have to agree. For me the simplest things are the best. Vine tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, basil and some balsamic dressing and crusty bread. | |||
