Front rack lunges with an appropriate weight and proper form. Will target your core but destroy your glutes. The key is in the form.

Right ankle on lower left thigh. Semi squat. Reverse for other leg.

Or get that tennis ball on a chair and roll your glutescaround on it.

High incline on the tread mill works the glutes well too.

I've been doing 30-40 mins at 15% a few times a week lately, it's working well but it's murder doing it
