What aftershave/deodorant can you guys recommend?

Fed up of Lynx deodorant smell in my home when my son is staying - it always reminds me of teenage sweaty lads rooms! Can you recommend an aftershave which is more upmarket, subtle and isn't as smelly please? It's his birthday soon.

I know you said Not Lynx, but take a look at the Lynx Daily fragrances. They're not quite an aftershave, but classier than a body spray.

People have told me that the scents are close to being copycats of bigger name ones.

Just a background character

I'd be more interested to hear what the ladies prefer, but for the record I currently have Gucci Guilty, Armani Code, 1 Million, Aqua di Gio.

I prefer Armani code out of those.

You need to get him to stop using the lynx deodorant... Or no amount of aftershave is going to cover that unwashed teenage boy smell.

I think the dove spray deodorants for men and sure deodorants are all lovely. Clean masculine and adult.

The smell of lynx even now makes me shudder.

Depends what age he is a lot of good aftershaves mentioned but nothing really there for a teenage boy and most are strong aftershaves that are over powering.. Dove is the best deodorant although you can not beat the white bottle Lynx anti perspirent.. Aftershaves for younger men more like your.. Cool Water... Joop... Callum Best... David Beckham if it’s actual deodorant and daily spray the addiction range is really good has a very nice smell my son uses that

You get nice David Beckham and Calum Best Gift sets.. It depends really what kinda guy he is.. Aftershaves are like fashion if it’s subtle and discreet the ones I mentioned are best.. If your looking for a long term Jean Paul Gaultier is the best.. The original one not the EDT has a nice smell and stays for days.. When I wear that I get asked what I’m wearing every time
