Best places to swim?

This can be your favourite pool or place to do wild swimming.

I have swam in many places... favourite indoor... Erskine... wild place, Fairy Pools in Skye, magical.

I don’t have a favourite pool, been in so many over the years as I used to swim with a club. I don’t like open water.

I like the Gorbals pool just now. Sauna and jacuzzi are at the pool side as well.

I tried the outdoor salty baths in Greenock about 14 years ago with the kids... daughter hated it but it was quite pleasant!

It was it Gourock? Someone enlighten me..

I'm pretty sure it's Gourock, seen a few people I know posting pics from there on social media during the heatwave and it looked like it could have been a holiday resort anywhere. Pool is heated too I think?

Yeah, it’s Gourock. Never went to the pool but passed by it a good bit. Used to work nearby.

Cold even in the summer, as the water is snow melt.

When I was there with a pair of board shorts on there were Scandinavians with full wetsuits on...

Yep, Gourock. My friend had a caravan at clock caravan site I stayed in for a week. Happy days with the wee ones...

I do a lot of scuba diving in and around the West Coast of Scotland and have done open water swimming in Lochs Long and Fyne as they are salt water and slightly warmer.

Pool is a pool regardless so no real favourite there. Used to like competing at Edinburgh Commonwealth Pool

Can't beat the good old Atlantic for a bit of hypothermia inducing bathing!

Arbroath harbour. A good mouthful of harbour water as you gently breast stroke from one end to another. I put my good looks down to a dip in the harbour

Put me in water I drown, sure as rain comes from the clouds.

“Wild swimming” translates to me as “suicide”.

Your all fucking mental.
