Scottish Clubs

So I have a wee look at the Fabs club page and for the first time ever am wondering why the hell there are only two listed for Scotland? One in Edinburgh, one in Glasgow.

Given that every corner of England has more than a handful to it’s name, why on earth do there only appear to be two?

Mind you, there is also the mini-club, The Shoebox.

Just surprised we don’t have towns like Stirling, Carlisle or Inverness doing their own thing. Or do places like this go in for smaller non Fab-listed parties?

I take it you didnt pass geography at school?

Yeah, ok. Get it now. Bit slow. I don’t tend to think of Carlisle as England!

Mostly down to police Scotland, councils and church influence on licences etc.

Inverness is mainly down to church and council influences, not to mention that it’s too ‘cleeky’ and basically most ‘follow the rules’...would be great to have something up here but we’ve had to look into travelling further afield now x
