I remember zooms being awesome. And a few years ago Asda was selling opal fruits so much better than starburst. They are just juicer

A lot of the old sweets are still available but don’t taste like they used to. I loved aniseed balls, sherbet dab and tuttiy fruity.

I don’t know if they still do, but S. Luca, the ice cream shop in Edin/Musselburgh used to sell proper thick Chelsea whoppers.
