Congrats north lanarkshire. Newmains tree and lights are on already. Shame half the bulbs aren't working and bigger shame the street lights dinnae work now. But at least we can all enjoy an eightsome round the xmas tree on st andrews night. Yes thanks boys. Your ineptitude knows no bounds.

We are lucky, we have some lovely lights. Same each year but they are pretty so we don't mind!

Bet you the bulbs are working by the end of the week, NL has a excellant PR staff who google any reference to foul ups

Our lights go on Sunday night...they are always really nice. The council in monkey town do a good job

Couldn't even tell you if they're on in East Kilbride or not.

I avoid the Town Centre area as being gang-raped by Elephants would be more pleasant than going there

Glasgow George Square - tree was on a flat bed lorry Wednesday AM - they got it up by teatime and some poor fecker was still there in the cherry picker at night - thats one helluva fairy light set to unravel. lol
