I see two older men on here constantly accusing (verging on bullying) others of trolling. I just think it's a different sense of humour (or lack of) rather than trolling. What's your thoughts on this not serious at all matter

When someone has a different opinion that's fine

We are ment to be adults when someone is name calling or being rude just for the sake of it that's trolling when someone comments on someones every comment that's just being a knob.

Can’t really think why anyone would want to continually goad someone that they’ve never met. Maybe I’m wrong n they have n that’s where the dislike comes from but I do think ffs grow up

I've been on here a long time, and I've watched a few men belittle and bully others on pretty much a daily basis.

Having a difference of opinion or sense of humour is perfectly fine. Negatively commenting on pretty much every thread, making derogatory comments about other people, making comments purely to get a rise out of others, the need to have their own voice heard on threads that don't even interest them and the desperation to always have the last word is the very definition of trolling.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck

It’s the ones who post on every thread just to put a smart arse comment or be contrary that annoy me most

Not just a few men on here that are like that. I would say there is a greater percentage of women on here that are similar.

Just block them and move on. There are some who are only here to post on the forum every single day and who've never had meets and probably never will. Leave them to it.

You know I’m like the gay Mary Poppins & leave when the wind changes Bunkie.

The Forum is more like watching “Big Brother” these days with every wannabe floating in after Fab gets a mention in the Daily Fail. The more I read in the Forums the more I think there’s some would be candidates for the next reality tv show, whilst the real swingers & original members of ten years or so just go to Socials & avoid Chat/Forums because the dramas get tedious.

Just my humble opinion.

Tbh I can't argue with any of that bud ...I've not quite given up on the forums yet hanging on to the past for dear life

You're right, it's purely down to a lack of humour on their behalf and this ghastly trend of seeking to be offended about things for no reason.

"Tbh I can't argue with any of that bud ...I've not quite given up on the forums yet hanging on to the past for dear life "

I wouldn’t say you’re hanging onto the past, but avoiding the dramas, trolls or cliques by doing yer own thing. My own feeling was it getting boring & not worth the money just to read the same things said in a different way; that the influx of Daily Fail/weekender Profiles made it more difficult for those who genuinely used the site for Meets rather than instant gratification solely online, or ego boosts, or just to troll others. So I simply drifted away & return occasionally to check in with friends I’ve met through the great Socials.

I’m not saying Fab still can’t be fun & bring fun Meets, but the influx of armchair swingers tend to drown out the genuine folk who’ve been here a while & enjoy the swinging lifestyle.

I remember what it’s like to be the new guy, that it’s up to the individual to stand out, but having followed some recent posts here the online world seems to reflect a reality show now, & not the world of swinging in the main.

That’s fine too, if that’s what feeds their ego or their need - but it’s not what I’m after.

Maybe I sound outdated & clinging to the past, but I still say I prefer real life Meets to Online gratification, & quietly pursue such Meets rather than post on here. Just how it developed for me & happy to leave the attention seeking posts to those that can’t do without it.

I do miss some of the characters from the early days & know other long-standing members do to, but there’s akways the Socials.

I tend to block people like this. I don't understand why anyone would want to troll anyone. It's supposed to be an adult site.

Trolling .....there’s is some....but then people rise to it , keep answering , they reply then the more attention given the more it continues . Then again some people enjoy it and keep it going.

At the end of the day it might be a lifestyle to some but it’s a website at the end of the day ....close it and walk away.
