Moi, off today but a bit of running about today and then top it off with a night out with the youth development squad and coaches

Getting another feeding tube put in, escape for a cig about 11, lunch, cig, visiting time, cig, dinner, visiting time, cig, cuppa and toast, feeding tube switched on , read all night.... repeat tomorrow
