Has anyone done the cowal walk, from portavadie to arrochar?

Looking to do a good walk about 3 days while am off for the summer .

Don’t want to do the west highland way until late August so looking for different ideas.

Can't remember the name but there is one you can do from Melrose to Dunbar.. .fancied that this year but can't really spare the time.
