Viagra radio ad

I mostly listen to Talksport and have noticed a really creepy weird radio ad for viagra from some pharmacy (can’t mind the name) but the dialogue between the couple ends with a really disturbing laugh between them.

Anyone heard this? And feels like boaking as well?

Yeah heard it last night , found it quite perturbing as well
