Iceland end of year. When is best time to see Northern lights. Trying to find the little glass pod things that is a dome of glass whilst u sleep. Then can have sex under northern lights

No idea what the pods are called but... there are apps you can download to check when the next aurora borealis are in the world/best place to see one.

5 nights in London in October (possibly), but it's cheaper to fly to Berlin and stay in a nice apt.

Due to it being English October school holidays.

I grew up with the northern lights and the milky way. Just find yourself a zero light pollution area in north/west Scotland!!!

Madeira is a great place, I did a trip there walking the levadas. Funchal is lovely, but be warned it’s a hilly town.

They have a local wine festival - time your visit for this and you will have plenty of fun.

Very hilly. I did the tour to the banana groves and up to the highest point of the island. I went on my own, but was never alone, ended up teaming up with a crowd from Dundee/Edinburgh/Montrose/Manchester.. Planning to go back for my 50th (might not come back lol) x

I did Italy last year for my birthday. MY mate stays just over the border in Switzerland, so I stayed with him (no hotel costs and a chauffeur on hand lol), did Milan, Turin, Lake Como.. obviously the San Siro and Juventus, hey got to get my footie in somehow. Also seen George Clooney's house, where Mussolini was captured and the Turin Shroud. I'm not one for sunbathing, rather go exploring and find out about history and architecture x

Sounds like my kind of break, and I'd do it alone too. I prefer filling my holiday with my stuff, rather than sharing it with someone who wants to do the beach or pool.
