Looking for recommendations of decent tattooist in Edinburgh, Lothian and surrounds Inc Fife, Stirling etc.

I've got some ideas but need someone that's got imagination and can develop the idea or three that I have.

+1 for inkdependent. Wojtek in there did mine - he is really good at dotwork. They also have an artist who does excellent realistic portraits.

It depends on what style you like I guess. Most artists will have an instagram account - look up the artists from the shops people recommend here and see whose style you like.

Thanks I've heard of wojtek (not to be confused with the Soldier bear of the Polish artillery who spent time in an army camp in Berwickshire after the war and then his remaining days in Edinburgh zoo and there's now a lovely Statue of him in Princes St Gardens I believe)

Depends what you want done, I used to go to Devils Scribe near haymarket but guy I went to moved away there is another guy there Darren my friend had her tattoo done by him and it’s brilliant.

My last 2 I got recommended a guy at Azazel on Gorgie road, Lukasz is the guys name and I went with an idea and a few days later he had drawn me 3 versions all beautiful got it done on my back. Just booked in to have my next one
