It all dependant on strength of the strokes and the strike pattern. My presumption is that there would be no warm up prior. So lighter strokes to build up heat. Quick 50 strokes off coverage. Another 50 to add to the heat. Thereafter you have 10 sets of 10 increasing intensity with breaks between.
