I’m suited and booted to work. What’s your favourite office attire head to toe. Something about a lady in a business suit with heels and sheer hold ups and white blouse. X

I’m afraid my office is my car and, as can be seen in my profile it’s a very drab uniform. Black suit, white shirt, black tie and shiny pointy shoes

I'd love to work in an office so I could wear my pencil skirts, stockings and heels. Unfortunately reality is quite the opposite.

Very comfy work wear supplied for me, though will don a shirt for meetings, but a tie would be just too far!

wherever i need to be

Depends on the day. Sometimes jeans and a tshirt sometimes a shirt and trousers, sometimes a full blown suit. Really try to avoid ties but they are a necessary evil on occasion.

I used to wear suits and heels for work. Now I'm more likely to be in dresses and boots.

I’m normally in a dress and high heels, normally in bare legs from spring to autumn and either tights or holdups in winter.

Suit for me every day. Would prefer to wear casual on Friday but business world don’t work like that. I must say nothing as sexy as a woman in an office dress or skirt, nice blouse/ shirt/ lace top, and a blazer with a decent pair of heels, doesn’t have to be sat night heels and of course tights! Interestingly, of those who are in the office how often do you wear skirts/ dresses and when you do is it tights or are there those who wear hold ups???

Sauntered into the office one day in a braw new outfit feeling very tippy. Met my boss at the door who said "oh, very smart!" (Big beaming smile from me ) "You do know, however, you still have your slippers on?!"

I also spent a whole day at work with a roller in the back of my hair....no one told me till going home time. They'd been giggling behind my back, literally, all day!

I tended to go for smart casual as I was usually self employed and often worked from home but I tend to wear black or dark grey wool suits, white shirt for more formal situations, coloured for slightly less formal. Tend to like black, purple, royal blue or maroon shirts although I’ll also wear sky blue, lilac (not pink though) and grey shirts. Always plain in formal dress. Like check shirts casually though. I like plain blue and purple ties, striped ties in those colours and also ones with geometric patterns, normally squares. Tend to like round toed shoes, usually quite plain with soft padding at the heel and trainer like sole if possible. Have worn brogues at times. Never slip ons as they hurt my heels and ankles.
