Hello all, we are visiting Troon and Edinburgh in mid November, can anyone recommend nice bars and any places to play?

troon is small friendly place with a good selection or bars and restaurants, also close enough to glasgow if you fancy somewhere a bit more lively. im sure you will enjoy it

Swinging clubs in scotland !!, i wouldnt bother if i was you guys. They are not of the quality of the clubs in england. Troon is a great wee place, near ayr town or irvine for more lively entertainment, also plenty of swingers down that way to arrange fun.

Have a good visit .

Ayrshire/Glasgow

Scotts bar at Troon harbour is great for food and drinks along with Lido bar in the town. Prestwick has Elliots bar and dinner in Prestwick great to. I am sure you will have a great stay. xx

Can second the Scott's at the harbour, lovely bar, food in either bar or restaurant is very good. Also the Ayrshire social in Kilmarnock isn't too far from Troon. Enjoy your visit

We are going to Mary King Close, been to Edinburgh several times but not yet been there.

Would be worth taking train into Glasgow and visiting the west end,some excellent bars there or in Merchant City area of Glasgow.

For both Bars and restraunts in Edinburgh, just take a walk along George St,spoilt for choice.

Yeah George Street good for nice bars. The Gullie Duih just off Princes Street has a bit of atmosphere Friday onwards.

Good live music, for all ages groups.

Glasgow

Glasgow over Edinburgh every time for me ( contentious !). Love the bars in merchant City then arta for a boogie.

As regards swingers clubs, cjs compares well with the ones we have been to down in wales. Check their dates for when you're up here.
