I'm having salad ( lettuce , tomato , onion , low fat salad cream, cathedral city cheese ), grilled chicken . I'm going to be a size 6 soon and show Anton who can get all the guys.

Everyone should eat more healthy today and everyday to prelong life and look sexy

I did the Cambridge diet for a long time I went from a size 28 to a 14 which I am now but I went off it as its expensive so I'm trying healthy eating

I actually went to 5 guys today for the first time, wasn’t planned just ended up parking across from it and thinking why not.... now I know why I’ve never bothered! It wasn’t upto much especially for the price

Healthy breakfast consisting of porridge, morning snack fruit salad and lunch gonna be chicken with rice.

I would suggest swimming and healthy eating great way to get fit and get into shape lost a stone in 6 weeks.
