Difficulty in getting meets

Jump to newest

I’ve been using fab on off for a couple of years and on an old profile I managed to get a couple of meets with no problem, but this time round I feel like no one is interested and because I have no verifications, people won’t meet me. Even for a social!

I need some advice guys and gals

Thanks

Iain x

Why don’t you get yourself along to one of the Social Events/drink nights/quiz nights etc, that way you can meet some new people maybe get verified that way then take it from there.

Ive always thought about doing that. For me it’s the thought of turning up myself and not knowing who to speak to and wondering what kind of vibes I’ll get when I get there.

I’m a bit self conscious as well which doesn’t help matters

I think you will need to bite the bullet so to speak as otherwise you will be in a catch 22! Give it a go what’s the worst that can happen? X

There's a lot of people who agree with this. Keep an eye on the forums as there's usually people meeting up before a big social for a wee drink

We’ll see what happens. I’ll need to keep my eye out.

Socials are definitely the way to go

Its not difficult to go to a social alone. I go to all socials by myself and I have a blast. Just chat away to people and have a laugh n a giggle, that's what the socials are for.

Everyone is at the social for the same thing, just a right good laugh and meet people old and new.

If they like you and want to see you in the future then great, I'm sure they will contact you in the future, if not, then feck it just continue to have a good time

If you think too much into it then you will be doing nothing on fab.

I found it difficult at first to arrange meets with women only. It is hard I do agree. I went to cjs a few times and got verified.

Now its a nightmare trying to fit calendars and baby sitting around free time.

Suss folk out on the forums first before deciding if you'd actually want to socialise with them
