I think this disease has affected everyone’s life/family/friends at some stage and it’s great to get news that someone has kicked it’s ass and come through it. | |||

"Like most folk, I've lost people that I care about. On a personal note, that's been some very close family and friends over the last few years. A very dear friend was diagnosed with cancer last year but yesterday got the all clear!!! I am sooooo happy and it really does make you realise what's really important in life! Today the sun is shining and all is good in Velworld - have a great day Fabfolk - go give someone you care about a huge hug!!! I did the Race for life last year and doing it again this year!

It's great to hear some good news of someone who has been through a bad time. Good friends certainly help...and I know from experience how good a support you are Veloooooria. You've cheered me up on many an occasion. Good friends are priceless.
