Plenty of information from the GUM clinics on protected oral sex.

All depends on the individual if they choose to go unprotected or not.

It’s a dodgy one because in reality when you’re performing oral without protection and then kissing playing some more etc it kind of defeats a lot of the safe sex practice of wearing a condom during penetrive sex, using condoms obviously reduces the risk of pregnancy as well so there’s that aspect, the best kind of safe sex is definitely with a regular partner and being monogamous providing both of you have your good old free pass from the gum clinic, there’s no guaranteed safe sex nowadays unless it’s DIY lol
