Garden Waste Collection

Just got a letter from Perth & Kinross council, they are saying from April I have to purchase a permit to have my garden bins emptied

They are going to charge us annually for each bin we own for garden waste collection

this is on top of what we already pay in council tax

It appears now we have a Tory council they have found a loop hole to charge us for Garden waste collection.

I expect other councils will follow on with this very soon

Glasgowish

People will just hide it in black bin bags and put it in the black bins.

Talking of waste...I live in Glasgow, the recycle bins have not been collected since mid December.

Complained to the City Council and Councillor...noone replied.

Anyone else in the South side of Glasgow experiencing the same problem? Or is it just my neck of the woods....

Road side lay-by bins are best bet
