Haggis, neeps and tatties. Try the veggie haggis if you don't like the meaty one?

Or a haggis supper. Mmmmm

Ok haggis sounds tasty .maybe my 1st and only experience of it spoilt it ,but when it been prepared and cooked by a Michelin rated chef I didn't expect one of the bitterest driest things to tickle my tastebuds so was put off for life

Maybe I will try a haggis pakora, start off gently before getting to the proper fresh stuff again

I recall a haggis supper in Edinburgh many years ago where I bit in to the haggis to find it still frozen in the centre

Not an experience to be repeated

Haggis.. Two short legs on one side of its body and two long legs on the other side.. And so can only run round the hills in one direction. Easy to catch just jump out from behind a bush and itll try running the other way and fall over rolling down the hill into your swag.. Lol...

The original superfood.. Yum. ;-p

Normally with neeps and tatties, bit I may give suede a try next time, though may be a little tough.

Our cook on the ship some times makes what he calls

Scottish cottage pie

Normal cottage pie with some added haggis and it is a bit different and good !!

somewhere north of the border..

Try a trio of Scottish puddings...

Stack a small slice of haggis / white pudding and black pudding on some salad leaves and serve with with a drizzle of whiskey and peppercorn cream sauce topped with crispy onions .... so good.
