I know it's been debated, but this format, just isn't working.

Some of the people that took the hump about the individual posts are gone, and the posts being closed with a non-functional link to this (or the most recent) thread doesn't help in any way.

Add in that they don't get deleted or merged with the main discussion thread, and it's no better than the old system of folks posting new threads.

Just my 2p.

Yes but no one can see who is registered, hence why we want to use the forum as it should be used

Yes but people who do go need to scroll tons of messages to see who else is going. Im sure there are lots of threads of no interest to you and you simply skip past them .thats basically all we're asking that you simply ignore threads of no interest to you.

Is that true if so it would put me right off! From what i remember you had to use your real name and show ID the first time you go so that would surely mean any info shared to a mailing list would be your real name and not your fab profile

This is not the case. I do not on any site Cjs or any other site let anyone know who is attending. The personal details you give to me is never shared with anyone. Cj xx

Me and moon-light like to see on the forum who is intending going along to Cjs cause it’s great to meet up with friends old and new socially or otherwise so we love coming on the forum to chat about who might all be going along on the same night x

There is a link to a mailing list on cj's website and when you clck on it there's an option to join the group. Just wondering if you're still using this CJ? x

Yes if you join the mailing list you can choose to receive special notices from myself only which will give you an update each month of the following months party dates. If you do not click on that option and someone in the group posts a message then you will receive every message. If you reply to them everyone who has not opted for special notices will receive it. Hope this helps. Cj x
