Central Borders

So to get to my front door you first have to get up concrete, quite narrow, uneven steps (no, my actual address isn't coming next). Was out there this morning at 7.30 to make it save for the postie and who ever else needs to get up there - including myself of course. Put lots of salt on as well. Sorted!

Or so I thought.

Came back from work a little while ago to find there's another 3 inches of snow on the steps again. It's falling off the roof!!! Spent another half hour making them relatively save to get up and down from.

Just had a look outside and guess what....

As much as I love snow, not too impressed with this. Got more fun stuff to do than shovelling snow, like wasting my time away on fab x

Not so much in the daylight, as long as you get up them with a bit of precaution... So don't rush up the stairs

I’m sure with a show of those long legs you could have a lad (or 3) come clear it all day long

Had a neighbour like that, but he moved last month. Terribly inconsiderate really

And the legs are not on display out there x

Not sure if grit would have stopped the avalanche coming off the roof, but no doubt the table salt won't last all that long
