seriously though, pick a strapon size that isn't running before you can walk, trust Me a 5-6 inch strapon is more than enough, especially if new to it, dont listen to woman who insist they'll be using a 9inch dong on you. lube, lube and more lube. if you think you're using too much lube you're probably using just enough..

Start small! Use lube! Buy anal toys etc. Some strap ons have different sized attachments so you can adjust the size to your preference. X

Also pick your strap on / you wisely some are hard plastic - where as something with a bit of give and softness might be better.

You can also start with toys/ p spot stimulators rather than go straight to a strap on

Either you on top sliding down to control entry, or as previously suggested wearer stays still as you push back at your own pace
