Hi, single and mingle bloke,

I'm in Glasgow 2/3 Feb and on my lonesome! Looking for females or male drinking buddies? Not familiar with the city but ideally some live music would be good? I'm thinking this post maybe a waste of time but if it is I'll happily drink my own weight in Guinness and JD&Coke anyway!

I’m sure nearer the time you’ll find someone, lots of great bars in Glasgow and as a city it’s not much different from Liverpool! Well some parts, we don’t have the docks but we’ve got the Clyde

Glasgow has lots of nice places. Though maybe you'd be better off posting again next year

, or at least end Jan.

Also depends where in Glasgow you're staying: ie. Good places in Ashton lane/West end, finnieston and merchant city/city centre.

Any advice on accomm appreciated, I'm ferrying across from IoM and driving up from Heysham but may park car at airport for the weekend and bus into town?
