I have nothing to fear from this but just wondering after a few comments on the fake profile page, do you routinely do a reverse image search.

I must admit to only occasionally doing them, usually when the photo is pretty obviously professional.

If something looks too good to be true, yes. They don't like it when they realise they've been rumbled. I do report them as well, most of the time they get removed but some just keep coming back!

Using Google or something to look for other copies of pictures on line.

Shows where else a photo is.

Sometimes i dont need to.... terracota floor tiles, 2pin sockets on the walls etc. Kinda of a giveaway too

Quite a lot.. and often they appear. Sometimes messages are too good to be true. I had it on my profile for ages and it didn't deter them.. thought it came across as stand-offish.. has made no difference either way lol - still get em

We both have porn blogs on tumblr, and have had people reverse image search us and find our blogs and claim we are fake. Easy to prove we are real on snap or FaceTime or whatever though so that’s the method we usually use. It could be a rare case than even if you find images on a random site that the random site stole them

We take more photos when we are on holiday so tiled floors and Euro sockets are not an indicator.

Our favourite is the changing collection of tattoos or the best one yet was the ear that kept losing and finding its earlobe.

It's amazing that some will even copy pics from this site then post them on their own profile!

Of course they might both be copying them from another site and using them ... have pointed a couple out to admin - but nothing ever happened.

I suppose the offenders are just deluded or pitifully sad!

Yes I search most people that contact me.

Got targeted by someone trying to convince me they weren't fake by having another profile message me asking what I thought about the original "person". All because I found their photo as part of a photoset from years ago. Both fake profiles were reported and blocked!

It'll depend on what browser you're using, and what plugins/addons you have.

Save the picture then go to the Google reverse image site and search it there.

Just checked a new profile that's appeared (FF couple) and been verified by 5 guys over the space of two days and it has various pictures from porn sites going back years.

I have an android phone. Long press on the image gives various options such as copy but also one that says search Google for the image, select that and it gives you where else the image is on the Internet

Pity you can’t do a reverse image search.

We contacted a single guy profile once and he got back saying we’d already met. We hadn’t! Turns out another couple had used some of our lingerie pics on their profile but were an actual couple who met people.

The guy couldn’t remember the profile name but was adamant that they had used our pics but we had no way of finding them although we did find out he met them somewhere on the east coast of Scotland so not far from home !
