So, every year I give myself a goal to learn something new. 2018 will be the bass guitar for me.

Do you do this and if so what is next year's?

(cue the replies of "to get a meet")

Michael.

Think am gonna enter a 5k for charity again next year and try to beat this years PB.

If all goes well maybe stretch it to the 10k! But no pressure just throwing in on the to-do-list.

Good luck everyone achieving your target(s)

If you follow a sensible training plan and listen to your body, am sure you will be fine.

Good luck with your training
