"there is a big difference between winter hillwalking and mountaineering and doing some of the ones you say is more mountaineering in winter and you need the skills to do them .when doing any hill in winter dont bite off more than you can chew and its always better to turn back than keep going if the weather turns on you " Agree, hence the specific wording in the title. Yet, mountaineering for me could be a walk for the mountaineers here | |||
