Ok so who are the lucky folk like myself who have the pleasure of working nightshift in this lovely dreich weather?

Night shift isn't healthy at all but to hell with going back to a 9-5 job.

This should be understood and addressed in many occupations especially for women re bone health - a wee vit D a day could make a massive difference

Yeah i work rotating shifts including nights, takes its toll and generally feel hungover most of the time lol

as do modern day sun beds, believe it or not, great boost to Vitamin D and bone health.

It can take 10 - 20 years for osteopenia to set in and then develop into osteoporosis which is undetectable without a Scan

My partner who is also on here works nights. I miss him, but the puppy he's getting to keep me company is almost as good. Lol.
