I am getting tired of martinis and trying to settle on a new favourite cocktail. Something easy to make and without an excessive amount of mixer. So what do people favour and why

Cosmos are easy to make, to be fair so are most cocktails ( easy for me as it's what I do as part of my job) my personal faves are porn star martini and French martini

Thanks K. I'll try the cosmos next. I do have my own collection of spirits, liquers and mixers but it's a bit of a hassle getting everything I need for different cocktails

You'll find a lot of popular cocktails have similar ingredients, as someone else said a cocktail book or google is your friend

champagne cocktail, simply place a whole wild hibiscus flower in the bottom of a champagne flute, pour in a dash of the crimson syrup and top up with Veuve Clicquot or what ever your favourite champagne is
