Having so much trouble trying to find an electrician in the Lanarkshire area! Anyone PM me details of a relatively inexpensive sparky? Preferable one from here or an open minded one! Work is to connect electric shower

You're really not just looking to have a shower fitted, are you?

Why does the electrician need to be open-minded then?

To be fair unless you're a qualified electrician, which looking at your profile you're not, does it actually matter? But if I must explain its to do with the household it's being installed in!

I'm a qualified spark. I'm not sure about the open mind part of this though and also my rates are 'inexpensive' as I provide a top quality job and one that is up to current regulations. The cheaper you pay the worse the job will be

You can go on line and are sites you can post details of works required and get tradesmen to then quote on the work

But I don't think being 'open minded' is normally part of the job spec! Might as well put - "naked electrician wanted, must be a bright spark."

Op hasn't specified regarding the "open minded " bit apart from saying it regards household . So best not to assume anything
