I saw a post somewhere that reminded Me of this event, anyone doing it?

I really should give it a go, not for charitable reasons, but mainly because I cant fucking remember September

Well I think that worked....

Even if you don't do "sober for October", it has people thinking about cancer. Its a small sacrifice to go without voluntarily even if you fail.

People with cancer and their families have it every day....they cant just give it up or quit for one day.

Macmillan Cancer Support is a wonderful organisation and cancer is a horrible disease.

Even if you can't do something against cancer, please try and support the people that do.

You never know when cancer knocks on the door.

Xxx

totally agree and when it does knock your door it feels like you have been hit by a train and there is nothing you can do but "be strong"
