Been there huni. Take your time. Talk to friends. But most of all find out who you are and concentrate on you. Times a healer as they say.

I like this quote...

The past cannot be changed, forgotten, edited or erased.

It can only be accepted.

Only then, you can start the next chapter of your life.

A world of my own

Date and spoil yourself. Don't feel bad about missing them or being sad. Be kind to yourself and one day it will be easier.

Great quote Max - Id just say there is no such thing as a good ex - tis why they are an ex - also if you still letting them prey on your mind then you are letting them still conotrol you/own you/insert your own description here - it might be hard but you simply have to get out, brush yourself off and get out there again hard as it might seem

Fab can provide a great distraction and may help take your mind from the situation.

But learn from it and move on to the next exciting chapter in your life.

What will be will be.

A split up can be a bit like loosing a loved one and you can go through the grieving stage. don't rush into anything you could regret. Just remember why they are an EX my saying is an EX is an EX for a reason. Time.

I was seeing someone who passed away whom I loved so much but we need to get on with our life and if there are friends on here and in your own private life who are there for you then you will do just fine.

Just enjoy life and have a great time on fab, always the best way

When I (Leanne) broke up with my ex I said I would never get onto a relationship again. A friend of a friend also had a bad break up an we got together as fuck buddies which was great and helped me forget about my ex. After a while I arranged to meet a woman from here and we hit it off from the start and now we are married. We still meet people on here fur fun nights when time allows.

No harm in wondering Cherry.

We were both swingers and understood the lifestyle. For me swinging is a lifestyle but doesn't mean that I love everyone I sleep with. Love is a very different thing in my opinion.

I had a single profile when with him, which he was fully aware of and supported.

Not sure of the point you're making but hope I've answered your query

yesterday is history, tommorow is a mystery. today is the present. thats why its a gift.

delete their number, have no social media communication with them at all and ignore them. it was good while it lasted, but now its stopped. smile and move on.

Sorry you are hurting.

Distract yourself with something for the next wee while just to keep your mind off it. When it’s less raw you can then process your feelings.

Everyone is different how they get over someone, only they will know what is right for them to get over someone.

No matter what, if you have close friends and family who are there for you it will be made a lot easier.

When you are in love and the relationship ends (not by your hands) you go through the same stages you would if someone close to you died...First you are in denial, then you get really upset wondering what you did wrong, then you get really angry before finally excepting what happened and moving on. How long this process takes in different for everyone. The trick is to surround yourself with friends and loved ones. Keep yourself busy and in time you'll meet that someone special who'll make you realise why it didn't work with anyone else x
