Thinking of a weekend in Dundee or Perth, any suggestions or recommendations for a place to stay, durink and of course eat..

Depends what you like to do really. perth road (west of the city centre) has some good places for food and drink (DCA, Boozy Cow, the Phoenix). Malmaison hotel in the city centre has good food but the drink is a bit pricey. Plenty local decentish bars in the centre as well. Great Italian in city square......

We stayed in the Apex in Dundee if you book direct on their own website you get upgraded to "free" breakfast and also a room upgrade in their autumn deals. The hotel was lovely x

Stayed there as well lovely hotel. you can also go wake boarding in the quay outside now lol. Not for me I have to say lol
