Glasgow/London

Edinburgh ranked second in the world after Wellington, new Zealand, according to the Deutsch Bank ranking.

That's really good going for Scotland ... Vienna third, Melbourne fourth, and Zurich fifth.

Well done Scotland!!

LOL! Glasgow doesn't have a castle....

I still haven't worked out the Edinburgh appeal yet. I prefer Glasgow with its easy Access to the Highlands maybe fellow Edinburgers can explain how their city became 2nd?

Ehhh glasgow has several castles, just not as large as the edinburger one, that castle is the only reason it's the "capital" of Scotland

Lol I beg to differ Felicity, I much prefer Edinburgh. Glasgow is just, shall we say not what it used to be and it doesn't have the Scott Monument or Calton Hill. Who can also resist rubbing little Greyfriars Bobby's nose too lol?

Edinburghers out salt n sauce on their chips, for this alone (despite all the previously mentioned cultural attractions) I view them as Phillistines

Just kidding each city has its merits but being a Glasgow boy I will always have a bias towards Weegieville!
