Weight Loss Update.....

Just a wee update to say that that is my 3rd week at Weight Watchers in Aberdeen and i have lost 9 1/2 lbs......

2 stone to go xxxx

Slimming world will hae a lot to answer for if that posterior is in any way altered. Thank the heavens pictures are eternal

i use a web site to log all my food n exercise, they do the calculations and i have up till today, lost 34lbs since feb...

W8 is ALL ABOUT W8.....its taken over from lighter life.ive lost 12lbs in 2 weeks.

Avoiding fizzy juice and alcohol helps apparently.

Feck am grumpy if i go withough a cold drink, although burger vans are missing my pounds.

Pip's lost over 2 stone and I've lost 1 and 3/4 stone by following her guidance...Slimming World!...hasn't felt like slimming, and not a major change in diet! So overall fairly easy!

More about healthy diet and cut out fatty foods, I suppose like everything else....everything in moderation! (except SEX!!!!)
