Its not so much the English national team that I dont like, a lot of very talented individuals play for them, its the English footballing media/commentators I can not abide. For that reason I hope they get soundly pumped and the 1st one of them that mentions 1966 gets anally fisted to death!

Not bitter at all, think you will find if you read my post I did acknowledge that there are a number of very talented individuals who are English internationalists but the media are complete pains in the hole and do my tits right in. Much like most fans of EPL teams who say the Scottish Premiership is a diddy competition, players are donkeys who cant cut it and so forth but who support mediocre mid table teams with no history, no notable achievements/trophies and who without Murdochs billions wouldnt be looking down their noses at anyone.

Even after tonight if we win the two games against the two other teams we at the moment will have a (-2 goal difference if we finish second) so even if we have two 1.0 wins that means out of all the second place teams we will finish without a play off place.

the worst team at that moment in the play of place has +2 so very hard to even get there and then even if we do we will not be seeded as we will eb in the bottom section

I love how the English pundits get attacked by the Scots for mentioning 1966 but if Scotland had won a World Cup then they would shout about it.

But to show it's not one sided, if you watched the Scotland game when Scotland scored he said, England took over 40 minutes to break them down yet the Scots have done it in 10!

What's that got to do with anything? Scotland only scored one more goal,he didn't mentionEnhlands 4

Couldn't agree more about fans of epl teams slagging spl.I have mates like that who support English teams but they have never even been to a game.That to me is not a fan

Preaching to the converted here chief. I would love to see a return to the halcyon days of Scottish football which in my opinion was the 80's when you had Aberdeen, Dundee Utd, Hearts and Celtic challenging for the league. It was beneficial to the Scottish international team and the Scottish game in general. That's coming from a Celtic supporter!!

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but there's not the slightest chance of England or Scotland troubling the engravers even if they qualify. Even Greece and Denmark have more recent form. We just don't seem to be able to play tournament football. England's humiliation at the hands of the mighty Iceland sums it up really.

The spl really is a diddy league and that's why uefa class them it with regards to champions league qualifications. Without the prem league money my team has won more than it did with the prem league money so your arguement is nulled.

You are actually quoting UEFA and "Champions League"? UEFA are nothing more than a money generating machine for fat cat elitists only interested in the few and not the man and as for Champions league well thats a misnomer straight away given the fact that the 4 top places teams from the EPL qualify and thus by default it is not a Champions League. What UEFA know about football (Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini ffs....two of the biggest crooks of recent times) know about football you could write on a midges scrotum and still have wnough room for the Declaration of Arbroath!
