If I decide on an open door, it does not put me off as I focus on the person I am with. Same if I am in a private room and the door handle goes or people put their head in cos the door doesnt lock.

For me all part of the Club and if there's something I don't like I can speak out.

I don't think they can either!

And to be fair, it is hard for guys to know, who minds and who does not mind in an open room.

Hence why I think you either go private, ignore or say to them politely if they are too close.

I have seen guys that were very close at clubs but the girl did not mind. So, it is really an individual thing in my opinion.

Agreed but me personally I don't even want to be in the same place as swingers that don't interest me. I'm ok for socials as I just chat away and get on etc... but I don't want to go to clubs as a few are going to play no matter who is there, (and I don't mean everyone just some) and that's just not the environment I want

This happened to me and someone at CJs recently. Not sure now if we left the door open deliberately or if it was ajar and opened.

We weren’t bothered about being watched really, but some maybe got a bit close and tried to join in a little more than we would have liked.

it seems the problem lies with invading their space. If these people decide to interact in a public space you end up with the public interacting in that space. If you want it pvt you need to take a pvt space or you can just hope folk will conform to what you or anyone else decides is the right way to interact.

As a guy when I'm playing at a club I have no problem with people watching. If I'm honest I quite like it unless they invade your personal space.

Once playing in cjs with the girl on the chease thing one guy who goes all the time positioned himself right next to us and was staring at us from about 2 feet away! Kind of killed the moment.

But I agree with the poster who said about people coming into a room and talking, nothing kills the moment than a conversation about real life stuff when your getting it on

Ha! It seemed like a pretty good look to me.

That's exactly it though - its not so much the watching, or even wanking, but more about respecting the personal space a bit more. I suppose its all open to interpretation, but a reasonable guide would be: open room - maybe expect people to try to join in, but politely. Private room, door open - expect people to watch, and maybe come in, but not get to close or try to join in.

Was going to send a quick message to say hi, but I've a single profile. (As much as anything its good to have a familiar face to say hello to at CJs) I think the girl I was with has maybe been in touch - I think you swapped usernames on here)

I have played in clubs but always up to three of us in a private room. It's not my thing being watched, let alone door wankers but when in infusions about four guys followed us and constantly tried the handle. Very off-putting indeed.

I don't mind being watched. That's why I like being in the open room. So why would a couple go into a private room and leave the door open?? My thought is that they simply didn't want the men crowding round them in the open room, whereas space is limited in the private room. However some men seem to think that it's ok to meet at you. I will give them some credit though, they didn't get too close and they did respect the couple's space and stayed at the doorway, with the exception of two men who pushed their way in and sat on the bed while the couple had their fun. Now that is unacceptable, in my opinion
