Lie there trying to clear my mind.

Usually only occurs when too much on so just have thoughts whizzing around, need to clear them.

I don't tend to sleep much. Maybe a couple of hours max at any one time. Reading, Candy crush, Word with friends and a perv on fab helps bore the bejesus outta me which in turn sends me back to the land of nod.

Lately I've found other distractions at silly o'clock and that knocks me out
